Daily Duties at Bank Staff:
Was sent to HomeBanc to review and fix over 5000 FHA Loans that had been closed and warehoused but never sent for Insurance. Required getting FHA to agree to accepr the reworkse loans. We had to reporcess and underwrite and modify loans prior to sending for insurance it took until 2002 to complete the job. We also packaged and sold all of the loans to National Investors as whole Loans in packages. I also assisted with reworking over 100 jumbe loans in warehousing that were rejected by Investors so they could be sold. This was also accomplished before I accepted the FHLB Atlanta Job.
