Products and Services generating over $2B Globally at Tech Data. • Worked collaboratively with EMEA to share best practices in Marketing Service Practices. • Managed a $6M/ year Cisco Marketing budget. Set ROI reporting metrics. • Developed, Communicated, Implemented best in class Cisco Commercial Strategy for sub 250 end user space. Initiated go to market marketing strategies for successful launch. • Built a world class Business Unit focusing on all Networking segments: Switching, Routing, Unified Communication, Security, Wireless, and Networking Services • Directed 4 Product Managers, 5 Account managers, 1 Sales manager, 7 Cisco Vendor Product Reps, 7 Systems Engineers, and 1 Administrator
