Daily Duties at Lexmark International, Inc.:
• Implementation of Latin America’s web content management system in the different countries. • Traveled to the different countries in order to provide training and guidelines for the Webmasters on the new system. • Successful delivery of a Retail Tracking Tool in Latin America. Provided training for key-users of the application in different countries throughout Latin America. • Developed several ASP applications for the different departments such as online surveys, dealer locator, solutions database, special bid system and others. • Lead a team of eight developers for the site redesign project for Latin America using technologies such as Dreamweaver, HomeSite, HTML, and JavaScript where the whole site structure was redone from the bottom up in order to implement corporate branding and standards. • Active member of several committees such as: Enterprise Infrastructure Committee, Global Site Governance, Publishing Committee and Intranet Committee. • Created guidelines and documentation on the responsibilities, workflow, and structure of this growing web initiative in Latin America. • Traveled to more than four South American countries to train the people, in three different languages, in the use of systems such as content management as well as for the development of the e-commerce system.
