Daily Duties at Lexmark International, Inc.:
• Managed a team of Network Engineers, local PTT technicians and other Contractors to deploy VoIP throughout the Latin American region. • Interfaced with and negotiated with US and Latin American vendors to get the ultimate cost and capacity for our sites’ communications. • Strategy to reduce operational costs with the VoIP structure implemented in the Latin American countries. • Vendor Alliance Manager working with one of the premier communications holding company in the United States and worldwide; working on projects, workflows, processes and procedures to ensure consistent and expected business and process results. • Successful deployment of BlackBerry across the Latin America region. • Successful project management during the upgrade in circuits and switches in the region. • Account Manager for regional helpdesk processes to ensure business continuity. • Lead the migration of various server platforms into Active Directory for Latin America. Plus setting processes, guidelines, global groups, leading a team of country key users among other administrative role.
