Responsible for the strategic development, management and deployment of all marketing and public relations campaigns to increase brand awareness for the company. With a strong focus on creative strategies for product positioning and design. • Developed, facilitated and executed corporate and product advertising campaigns. • Crafted the development and delivery of press interviews, briefings and educational seminars. • Created any/all training materials including curriculum content, website content, product workbooks, etc. • Designed and produced collateral for any/all marketing campaigns. • Implemented strategic marketing plans that shaped resources and identified potential opportunities. • Forged, identified and maintained key relationships with strategic customers, alliances and investors. • Developed strong working knowledge of front office, customer focused applications (e.g., call center, sales force automation, and e-commerce solutions/technologies.)
