Daily Duties at Lynxnet Multi Media Solutions:
Responsible for the start and operation of the retail side of the Smithsonian Institution’s Siguide project. Responsible for writing the Operations Manual, Training Manual and Training Class program. Wrote and instituted policy and procedure documentation. Worked with the IT Staff to enhance product features, trouble shooting manual and operational software. Worked with Museum staff to enhance the Visitor’s experience.
