Daily Duties at United Stor All Management:
Responsible for 12 Self Storage properties, both Owned and Managed .Worked with Store Managers to increase profitability and sales while reducing costs and losses. Work with Managers to maintain appearance of property, search for contractors and vendors. Maintain records and contracts. Recruite and train employees. Create Marketing Strategies.
