Daily Duties at Aerotek:

Achievements:  Senior Recruiter for #1 Professional Services recruiting team in the country.  Consistently performed in a fast-paced, high-pressure, high volume, deadline-sensitive work environment.  Maintained weekly quota: 20 in-house interviews, 25 leads, 40 phone screens, 10 submittals. Recruiting Responsibilities:  Full Cycle recruiting based around Aerotek’s “perfect fit” policy: “People. Fit. Perfectly.” o Call Center: Customer Service, Help Desk, IT Support, Contact Center Supervisor, Contact Center Manager. o General Office: Clerical, Data Entry, Receptionist, Administrative, Executive Assistant. o HR: Generalist, Assistant, Coordinator, Payroll (PeopleSoft, ADP, etc). o Sales: Inside Sales, Sales Management, Account Executive, Retention Sales.  Supported between 15-20 account executives at any given time with reporting, client interaction, and recruiting.  Managed multiple projects ranging in size; including recruiters, consultants, account recruiting managers, clients, and various personnel to teams of 15 plus.  Used appropriate sourcing strategies to obtain qualified candidates; i.e. job boards, internal applicant tracking databases (TeamTrak and Recruiter Workspace), interview logs, referrals, etc.; tested candidates using ProveIt.  Developed and maintained strong working relationships with Aerotek leaders, vendors, community organizations, and other team members to create a partnership that yielded success, predictable results and credibility; also managed job fairs as needed.  Created and fostered relationships with colleges and diverse professional organizations to attract and recruit alumni and diversity candidates.  Interviewed all candidates presented for detailed interviewing by hiring managers, and included the use of face-to-face behavioral-based interviewing methodologies.  Monitored and reported daily, weekly, and monthly recruiting numbers, submittals, candidate tracking, etc. to Director of Operations; created reports, documents, presentations, etc. with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access.  All other responsibilities identical to those listed for NueVista Group. Account Management and Sales Responsibilities:  Placed cold calls to companies to generate new business.  Scheduled meetings with companies to generate new business and attended with sales managers to obtain requirements.  Mentored and coached new recruiters; maintained efficiency and productivity on recruiting team.  Consulted with human resources and department managers at corporate clients to address performance related issues with contract employees.  Administered necessary performance counseling, coaching, and disciplinary measures at the request of corporate clients
