Daily Duties at Nue Vista Group:

Achievements:  Recommended ways to improve efficiency, quality and timeliness of both recruiting team and sales team; including but not limited to dispersal of account executives’ client lists to recruiters, proactive lunches for account executives with potential buyers, networking active candidates with account executives, etc.  Impacted recruiting efforts with successful placements.  Created and designed a NueVista Group website for viewing via Facebook. Responsibilities:  Provided exceptional client service and full lifecycle recruiting for an IT centric environment. o Application Development: SharePoint, C#, .NET, SQL, Java, ETL, etc. o IT Governance: PM, PMO, Architects, Executive, SCRUM, Agile, etc. o Quality Assurance Testing: Automated and Manual, HP, Mercury, etc. o Networking: help desk, engineers, hardware, infrastructure, etc.  Recruited senior level IT professionals for contract, contract to hire, and direct placement within but not limited to the healthcare, pharmaceutical, medical, financial, utilities, services, technology, energy, insurance, and telecommunications markets.  Supported between 5-10 account executives at any given time with recruiting, client interaction, and reporting.  Conferred with sales leadership and/or hiring managers to identify personnel needs, workforce planning strategies, and search assignments.  Leveraged online recruiting resources and creative strategies to identify and recruit the very best candidates; i.e. job boards, internal applicant tracking database (Resumate), interview logs, referrals, blogs, LinkedIn, Facebook, groups, networks, etc.  Prescreened and qualified candidates according to experience, communication, rate, client fit, and reference checks; tested candidate skills, experience, and abilities using Brain Bench tools, as well as in-house resources; negotiated rates for consultants, and salary for full time placements.  Performed detailed reference checking and reference analysis on selected candidates and reviewed results with sales managers.  Prepared candidates for interviewing with NueVista clients and specific hiring managers by providing detailed information on the company, their business strategy, department background, job descriptions, and environment expectations.  Developed an effective pipeline of key talent potentially available for immediate hire as succession planning needs dictated.  Facilitated necessary on-boarding procedures for new contract employees including pre-employment paperwork, pre-screenings, and orientation.  Managed the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.  Monitored and reported monthly submittals, candidate tracking, etc. to Senior Partner; created reports, documents, presentations, etc. with Microsoft Office: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access. Also Microsoft Project and compatible software.  Managed and coordinated all communication with candidates, including scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and sales managers.  Negotiated and extended offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the sales managers and within the guidelines of NueVista clients’ compensation policy.  Managed the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.  Conducted follow-up calls and quality-improvement studies with new hires.  Maintained accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, hiring manager interactions, and other recruiting activities to ensure a safe and thorough audit if required.  Initiated and maintained excellent working relations within the NueVista organization.  Used effective communication approaches that included proactively keeping others informed, appropriately expressed ideas and thoughts verbally and in written form, and timely.  Worked cooperatively with all members of the staffing team to develop and implement staffing plans and activities.  Visited NueVista client facilities to develop a thorough understanding of the department culture and used that understanding to help candidates fully understand the opportunity.  Participated in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies.  Stayed informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-Art recruiting practices.
