Prepared monthly newsletter, Board Book for Association Meeting, process all billing, prepare bid packets for large projects/purchases, ensure compliance with Insurance policies and monitor vendor policies for compliance. Resolve neighbor disputes & resident complaints. Assist in preparation yearly 1.5 Million dollar budget. Ended 2005 fiscal year with a positive $50,000. Maintain all records. Attend all HOA Board meetings, events, and provide support and direction to Board.
