Daily Duties at Cameo Woods Hoa:
Supervise onsite HOA staff, monitor security staff, pest control, trash services, plumbing vendors, general repair staff, and managing agent who prepared monthly financials. Prepared monthly newsletter, Board Book for Association Meeting, process all billing, prepare bid packets for large projects/purchases, ensure compliance with Insurance policies and monitor vendor policies for compliance. Resolve neighbor disputes & resident complaints. Assist in preparation yearly 1.5 Million dollar budget. Ended 2005 fiscal year with a positive $50,000. Maintain all records. Attend all HOA Board meetings, events, and provide support and direction to Board.
