Worked closely with 5-member Board of Directors, 9 committees, and over 75 clubs/organizations. Assist Board with their current goals of re-writing CC&Rs, By-Laws, and Rules & Regulations for their community. Enforcement of rules, managing a 2.5 M. dollard budget and monitor vendors. maintain all records for the community. Supervise onsite staff. Obtained CPR certification with AED.
