Daily Duties at Tara Hill Hoa:
Supervise onsite HOA staff, vendors, general repair staff, and managing agent. Prepare and provide direction for monthly newsletter, Board Book for Assocition meeting, process all billing, prepare bid packages for large projects/purchases, ensure compliance with insurance policies and monitor vendor policies for compliance. Resolve neigbor disputes & resident complaints. Assist in preparation of yearly 2M+ dollar budget. Maintain all records. Attend & particpate in CAI activities that relate to the growth of the Tara Hill. Attend all HOA Board meetings events, and provide support and direction to Board.
