Daily Duties at Performance Automall:
-Prepared payroll direct deposit for 200+ employees weekly on ADP -Prepared miscellaneous employee deductions to be paid (IRS, child support, insurance, and etc.) -Ensures that all new employees complete necessary paperwork -Organize and maintain employee confidential information -Preparing and informing corporate office of Medical leave employees -making sure employees attend and enroll in benefits -Prepare tax reports and tax deposits -Calculate employee hours worked -Remit 401K withholdings -Complies with government regulations and company guidelines -Pays the reconciling monthly insurance statement -Billing/ costing out (inputting final $) wholesale vehicles -Reassigning/Notarizing/analyzing titles making sure of correct information -Researching/entering/collecting rebate/incentive monies for sold vehicles -Collecting money due to dealership from wholesale customers with in 30 days -Balancing cash account/ preparing business deposits daily -A/P backup coding and inputting invoices and writing checks for 400+ vendors per month -A/R backup printing invoices and receiving monies due with in 30 days / 400+ invoices per month -HR/Payroll backup prepared payroll, oriented new employees, and etc. (using ADP)
