Daily Duties at Kane's Furniture:
Rapid Response Department located at the Corp rate office. Contacted customers to confirm deliveries. Assist drivers, via phone contact, with all aspects of furniture delivery. Document all activity on deliveries. Responsible for informing warehouse of all returns and damages for inventory purposes. Checked drivers in at the end of delivery day by confirming that all paper work is correct.
