Troubleshot desktop connectivity problems and implemented security procedures. Maintained Novell GroupWise 5.5 e-mail system, SPAM and virus software. Set up a Cisco PIX Firewall 515 to strengthen network security. Performed system backups and provided documentation and management reporting. Converted from Novell Netware to Windows Server 2000, and GroupWise 5.5 to Microsoft Exchange 2000.
