Daily Duties at Family Central Inc:

CIS/VPK Department Manager - West Palm Beach Design develop and implement the Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten (VPK) Payment Processing Department including customer service and support. This new department was responsible for processing payments for Schools providing VPK to children. This included utilizing the state system used for reimbursement payments to subsidized providers in a way that would allow pre-payments to VPK providers. • Determine staffing needs and position requirements • Hire, train and supervise new employees • Develop and implement payment processes and procedures • Developed and organize work flow processes and tracking mechanisms to ensure appropriate staffing • Ensure HIPAA compliance of all reporting • Complete provider payments • Developed all financial and department reports • Provide customer service by working directly with the public and providers regarding the payment information • Analyze and troubleshoot any departmental issues • Mentor staff and institute team building strategies • Assist other Managers with their technical objectives and reporting needs • Meet with and present procedures to executive management.
