Daily Duties at Onstream Media Inc.:
Responsible for providing expertise in developing a technical support team. Design and develop a plan for direct user and client technical support for Live Streaming Media events and their Store and Stream platform. Design and develop system documentation as well as training documentation for new employees, users and clients. • Designed and developed a ticket tracking database using Microsoft Access to track incidents and client support. • Designed and developed training documentation and web casts for the Store and Stream platform training. • Wrote technical documentation for client specific applications. • Provided training to Clients and Staff regarding Online and Desktop applications designed by the company utilizing online, web conferencing and web casts. • Provided Technical Support for all systems. • Provided analysis regarding Microsoft Great Plains applications to determine additional components and usage of the CRM component of the software. • Worked with vendors to provide additional documentation, specifications and cost analysis for additional products.
