Daily Duties at Everglades University:

Document, develop and Maintain all online applications to support the eCollege platform for the institutions online university. Implement new components and upgrades to the platform. Maintain and develop system interfaces with other technologies. Supervise, mentor and train staff members. Liaison to eCollege. Liaison to outsourced MIS for maintenance of CampusVue. • Develop and conduct classroom and or online training of all software applications. • Design, develop and customize reports based on business and statistical analysis requirements. • Customize classroom environments. • Provide reports to the President, Director of Admission, VP and Department Chairs based on departmental requirements from CampusVue, Access and outside reporting sources. • Assist Director of Student Services with statistical reporting • Assist Director of Institutional Effectiveness with quality enhancement and student learning outcome ad hoc and statistical reporting • Provide tracking reporting for Online attendance • Write policy regarding Online student requirements • Successfully upgraded processes to ensure Zero Processing errors for new Term starts • Complete all projects and implementations within budget and designated timeframes. • Provide electronic format of compliance documents utilizing Acrobat Professional to insure that documents may be view with or without internet access.
