Daily Duties at Graphic Innovators:
Coordinator of multiple crews in repair, unit swap, rebuild and turn-key installation of a variety of printing presses, including Harris, Hantscho and Goss, throughout the U.S. and abroad. Responsible for generating project Gantt Charts (MS Project) for in-house and customer tracking as well as generating precision Auto Cad drawings of each press layout for its installation. These were multi-million-dollar projects. All aspects of work scheduling; ordering and set up, purchase and delivery of required auxiliary equipment and parts; coordinating all travel and lodging as well as scheduling of subcontractors and quality of work performed on-site during installations. Direct liaison with customer from initial tear down of press to and including start-up, test printing and production, as well as trouble-shooting, tracking and follow-up of warranty issues. January 1993 - February 1996 Shop Supervisor Supervise the rebuilding of offset web printing presses in shop or at customer's facility; installation of rebuilt presses through precision aligning, leveling and tramming; start-up, test printing and putting same in production of quality four-color material.
