Daily Duties at Pet Co:
Executed mass hire plan to staff new location including screening and extending job offers in accordance with company policy. Maintained all personnel files at store level and coordinated with corporate personnel to ensure effective administration of compensation and benefits. Scheduled associates in accordance with needs of business and merchandising requirements for grand opening. Assisted general manager in execution of daily operations. Executed day to Day HR functions as required. Developed and maintained systems to ensure appropriate staffing levels were maintained after grand opening.
