Direct business operations, and relationships with vendors, sub-contractors, suppliers and sales representatives. Applied creative/aggressive price negotiations for supplies, materials and contract labor. Market and sell long term maintenance accounts to existing clients, homeowner associations and commercial buildings. Manage employees, sub-contractors and worked on all projects to ensure quality and performance.
