Responsible for estimating interior, exterior commercial, residential and custom painting and drywall finish projects. Maintain customer/client relationships. Work directly with Architect’s and project superintendants. Contract, additional work order, invoice and collections. Direct relationships with vendors, suppliers, and sales representatives. Applied aggressive price negotiations for supplies, materials and contract labor and saved the company 15% of estimated loss costs. Hired and managed up to 20 employees. Trained and worked in field to ensure project quality, and completed all project well before completion deadlines. Planned and implemented alterations to ensure safety, to improve client relations, and to increase employee productivity.
