Recruiting Manager • Developed and implemented recruiting strategy for Northern California (52 branches) • Recruited for all levels of employment (entry-level to management) • Created and listed job postings with various outlets to source talent • Pre-screened, interviewed and approved all hires in Northern California • Managed internal/external requisitions • HR assistance (i.e. talent management, investigations, terminations, adherence to state and federal labor laws) • Liaison for 52 branches • New hire/termination paperwork • Hosted open houses and job fairs • Manage employee personnel files • Management Reporting • HRIS system use • Database/spreadsheet management and tracking Sales Trainer • Develop training materials (PowerPoint, workbooks, hand-outs, assessments, etc.) • Develop and conduct presentations and workshops to sales staff & management teams • Regularly conducted focus groups and surveys evaluating the effectiveness of training material • Identify outdated/obsolete training materials • Regularly perform new hire evaluations/orientation • Performance management/tracking • Budget management and allocation • Logistics coordination • Employee liaison for communication of company policy/procedure and state/federal labor laws • Management Reports • HRIS system use • Database/spreadsheet management and tracking • Liaison for 52 branches
