Daily Duties at Intasys Management Systems:
• Served as Office Manager/Human Resources Coordinator and handled the following tasks: • Managed all Human Resources and Benefits functions (hiring, termination, annual reviews, employee issues/complaints, employee discipline, new hire reporting) • Managed the implementation and supervision of HR Benefits program (vendor relations, annual enrollment, assisting employees with Benefits questions/issues) • Managed the open enrollment process for yearly benefits • Managed all marketing communications, public relations, advertising and investor relations • Designed ad campaigns for trade publications to develop industry awareness and identify potential clients • Arranged interviews in trade and financial publications for the Senior Management • Developed trade show plans with Sales, Marketing and Senior Management and managed the execution of those plans including booth construction, pre-show and post show advertising, and staff travel arrangements • Assisted with customer service to resolve any issues/complaints • Supervised office administration staff of 3
