Daily Duties at All Access Mortgage Corporation:
• Directed the day-to-day human resources/office management of the retail mortgage lender • Managed the implementation and supervision of HR Benefits program (vendor relations, annual enrollment, assisting employees with Benefits questions/issues) • Managed the open enrollment process for yearly benefits and conduct annual benefits review/audit for the firm • Managed recruitment efforts by developing and implementing recruiting plans including placing job postings for the firm via traditional and non-traditional means (newspapers, online job sites, Craigslist, various social media) • Managed all employee relations functions (hiring, termination, annual reviews, employee issues/complaints, employee discipline, new hire reporting) • Planned and conducted new employee orientations, managed our on-boarding program and handled all exit/transfer interviews • Administered unemployment claims processing including attending claims hearings • Handled any Workers Compensation issues with firm’s insurer/carrier • Supervised HR records management and HR related information tracking • Encouraged a culture of employee development and performance management to meet the changing needs of the organization • Assisted employees to answer any questions, resolve any issues/complaints • Created and developed a monthly Employee Newsletter • Supervised administrative staff of 2 employees
