Daily Duties at Magnifi Inc:
• Developed and defined strategic direction for the customer service organization responsible for serving the global 250 clients; including, Coca Cola, Philips and Procter & Gamble. • Led day-to-day operations of the organization consisting of Customer Care Analysts, Web Application Engineers and UNIX System Administrators. • Created the product release processes and managed the execution for the Magnifi marketing management product core patches, custom patches and general availability releases. Performed QA testing, UAT and customer performance simulation testing for new releases and core patches. • Developed and delivered presentations to external customers and alliance partners on products, training and customer services. • Led cross functional product teams consisting of vendors, partners and employees of Magnifi to complete various projects including three regional Data Center projects.
