Daily Duties at At&T:

• Led the CAPM project; a billing electronic payment processing initiative for the SBC Affiliate organizations initiated by the Officers of SBC. This project was several months behind schedule with a pre-defined release date. Successfully negotiated a revised project release date with stakeholders. • Conceived and implemented a financial terms glossary for use by Treasury and Billing to understand the variances in terminology definitions used by both organizations to enhance product understanding for product release.
