Partnered with Sales Credit business stakeholders, IT, upstream and downstream organizations for successful management of projects, initiatives and issue resolution. • Led global teams to coordinate root-cause analysis and execute resolution plans to enable the SBO teams to continue the timely adjustment and claiming of credits earned by the Account Managers on sales orders. • Developed the Monthly Enhancements Release Calendar and managed execution with global cross-functional teams.
