Daily Duties at Cisco Systems Inc., :
• Delivered multi-faceted support of Sales Credit tools to improve stakeholder productivity, compliance, customer satisfaction, and cost reduction. Partnered with Sales Credit business stakeholders, IT, upstream and downstream organizations for successful management of projects, initiatives and issue resolution. • Led global teams to coordinate root-cause analysis and execute resolution plans to enable the SBO teams to continue the timely adjustment and claiming of credits earned by the Account Managers on sales orders. • Developed the Monthly Enhancements Release Calendar and managed execution with global cross-functional teams.
