Daily Duties at Target:

Logistics - Lead team of 2 supervisors and 45 employees through the daily logistcs process of store. • Performed daily Leader on Duty shifts during which I was responsible for the entire store. • Performed interviews and made staffing decisions for my department. • Accountable for scheduleing and payroll in my department. Distict Credit Champion - • Held weekly conference calls with all district's Guest Experience Executives and Store Team Leaders to status on each store's credit performance, recognize top performers, and share ideas on how to drive credit in every store. • Conducted monthly visits with Guest Experience Executives of struggling stores to analyze opportunities and formulate plans for improvement. • Formulate and implement quarterly contests to help motivate stores to achieve credit conversion goals. Guest Service - • Accountable for the total guest experience throughout the entire store. • Supervised a team of 4 supervisors and 40 employees including Starbucks, Food Ave, Guest Service, Cart Attendant, and Cashier teams. • Participated in quarterly visits with Starbucks and Kodak district managers to ensure that we were meeting their brand standards. • Drove credit program throughout the store to ensure our store was meeting company goals and leading district in credit performance for two consecutive years. • Lead a team that ensured that we delivered on our brand promise of being "best with guests".
