Daily Duties at First Contact/Xam:
• Responsible for verifying patient eligibility. • Inquired claim/payment status. • Claims processing (billing via UB92 AND HCFA 1500 claim forms). • Setting up patient payment plans and credit card authorizations. • Billing Medicare/Medicaid, Workers’ compensation claims, and private commercial insurance.
