Daily Duties at Dhl Express, Usa:
Responsible for handling inbound calls with a fast pace work environment, taking control of calls (first call resolution). Providing accurate information to customer in regards to tracking, pickups or general questions. Helping out as a team player to assist with information or navigating through the system when the assist was need. Providing leadership when a supervisor was not there to assist. Making sure that my QA and daily stats was at the expectation. Cross-trained for international specialist.
