Considered to be a Confirmit expert across all industries and across the enterprise. Managed the implementation processes and assisted Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 clients such as Louis Allen, Accenture, Google, Safeco, Intrawest, Caterpillar, HP, and Countrywide with project planning, technical implementations and post-implementation support. Became expert on Confirmit and Reportal and how to apply these products across the enterprise in human resources, market research, and CRM (customer satisfaction). Has strong expertise on the feedback process across organizations for employees and customer life cycles. Became expert on how to use Confirmit Panels. Has excellent knowledge of both survey design and reporting needs and how to do so with Confirmit and Reportal. Helped clients develop a closed feedback loop process for customer satisfaction and loyalty. Helped clients develop self and manager assessments with alerts and instant reports for the assessment. Designed and managed large, complex projects in Confirmit, Confirmit Panels, and Reportal for customers such as Louis Allen, Accenture, Safeco, Intrawest and Caterpillar. Provided monthly meetings for troubleshooting, advice and guidance for key customer accounts. Provided customer input to R&D on new feature requests. Became expert on analyzing client needs. Conducted pre-sales presentations. As the primary pre-sales lead, assisted in securing customers such as AC Nielsen, Countrywide, HP, Safeco, Intrawest, Google, and multiple Accenture areas. Led and conducted as primary trainer the 2-day Confirmit standard training class onsite at customer's offices for up to 6 attendees. Created course curriculum, led and conducted as primary trainer for advanced training class on such topics as Panels, Reportal Advanced Topics, and Confirmit Advanced Topics onsite at customer's offices for up to 6 attendees. Was original Technical Account Manager/Professional Services Consultant in the San Francisco office and saw department grow to over 5 people. Conducted week long training in India for Ugam Solutions in Mumbai. Conducted training and helped secure AC Nielsen account during week long sales visit to AC Nielsen operations in Sydney, Australia. Trained Ipsos in Vancouver and iTracks in Saskatoon.
