Daily Duties at Amcc:

• Developed, edited, managed, and distributed documentation and web content for high-bandwidth silicon chips throughout the device product lifecycle. Documents included customer and internal engineering datasheets, application notes, user notes, product briefs, white papers, and FAQs. Edited, managed, and distributed corporate price lists, strategic roadmaps, and other highly-sensitive materials for executives and middle management. Edited, managed, and distributed less sensitive materials for sales representatives and distributors. Wrote, edited, managed, and distributed internal newsletters for the field. • Key member of the Extranet Steering Committee chartered to improve the navigation and retrieval strategies for the company’s Extranet - a vital communication link for distributing secure product information to customers. Helped expedite resolution of issues about user interface by creating plans and facilitating agreement between team members. Tested new search engines. Helped define, utilize, and administer the security system for secure users of MyAMCC and SharePoint sites. Key member of a formatting task force to improve and make consistent across all company locations, FrameMaker as the authoring tool and master sheets for datasheets, applications notes, and user notes to create a unified corporate look and feel. • Maintained ISO 2001 company documentation for sales and marketing departments, supporting company’s strategic initiatives for ISO compliance. • Administered BugTracker for design, back-end, and marketing engineers, ensuring servers and databases were operating effectively.
