Ensured technical accuracy through complete understanding of the software products. Incorporated feedback collected from beta-site testers and customers, and helped organize the testing of end users in the usability lab. • Reduced the cost of product documentation costs for 6 Lotus products by $1,647,213 through streamlined internal processes, consolidation, and creative deliverables. • Collaborated on corporate task forces and committees to standardize Lotus’ style guides and to ensure that all external materials exemplify the Lotus brand.
