Daily Duties at Leads360:
Responsible for the product management, marketing and engineering functions for the top lead management SaaS provider, helping companies manage and optimize their Internet-lead sales teams. Major partners include LendingTree and LowerMyBills. Developed and implemented the product development process based on the Pragmatic Marketing framework, comprising methodology for conducting market research and analysis, developing business cases/ market requirements and product requirements, as well as project and launch plans. Led re-branding project to strengthen company brand in the marketplace; created the corporate Message House, from which all new marketing content was leveraged. Increased number of leads generated by 100% M/ M while reducing marketing costs through an integrated multi-channel marketing plan. Increased on-time delivery of product roadmap and client development pipelines by 50% M/ M with decreased headcount by introducing project management best practices.
