Managed daily assignments and production schedules on all shifts and maintained responsibility for team motivation, training, empowerment and recognition. Generated and implemented Lean Manufacturing principles, continuous improvements and cost controls. Consistently exceeded all metrics in quality, budget, production, safety, and delivery.
