Daily Duties at Thermo Fisher Scientific:
Manage the daily operations of 115 associates in all areas of manufacturing and production on 2nd shift. Responsible for safety, quality, delivery for P & L, paint shop, weld shop, fabrication, conversion assembly, ULT assembly, Refrigeration Assembly, Wiring assembly and heat exchange assembly, maintenance dept. and quality auditors. Mentor and coach 2 supervisors and 5 team leaders. Facilitated process improvement initiatives’ throughout the facility.
