Daily Duties at Arogsy Casino Hotel & Spa:
Management of a staff of 25+ agents in a heavy volume inbound call center environment. Instrumental in the hiring, coaching, and counseling of all Call Center agents. Conducted agent evaluations in accordance with HR policies and procedures. Developed and implemented: Front office shop program, LMS new hire training program, all front office standard operating policies and procedures. Property occupancy and revenue forecasting.Call volume analysis including the relationship to staffing and forecasting.
