Internal Auditor (Consultant) – October 2007 – December 2008 • Developed process guidelines, requirements and project methodology deliverables • Responsible for conducting audit on project teams’ process compliance and reporting to senior management • Identify gaps and process improvement opportunities for project teams Technical Process Trainer & Process Development (Consultant) – September 2006 – December 2008 • Manage all areas of the training process – delivery and evaluation of instructor led training, self-pace computer based training programs, design and development of training documentation, needs assessment and e-learning programs • Manage multiple training projects and the achievement of deliverables • Manage the coordination of the assessment, evaluation and measurement program project for the training team • Create, distribute and analyze needs assessment surveys as required by business units • Consults with group managers and project teams to design and develop training needs throughout PBSG • Conduct benchmarking studies, observations and evaluations to ensure that existing training needs are met • Plan and develop overall course design and curricula for training mapped directly to CMMI goals • Facilitate CMMI and ITIL technical process training
