• Established monthly install revenue goals to ensure critical path items were addressed to achieve our revenue targets • Provided direction to multiple departments, such as engineering, planning, operations, on tasks required to meet customer requirements and expectations • Managed customer installations from DS0 to OC192 and FE to 10GE • Responsible for process improvement for work order activity to ensure aggressive installs are met • Participated in customer meetings with sales to educate the customer on our processes and procedures for turn up of their service • Ensured migration projects were on track for asset sales to Mpower, Xpedius and Telwest • Managed customer bill disputes and outstanding balances • Reconciled billing and service orders to ensure first bill and billable run rate accuracy • Maintained high customer service and installation goals while downsizing to appropriate staffing to support Colorado and Ohio
