• Managed five customer facing project managers • Responsible for management of pending order pipeline and forecast on a weekly and monthly basis using salesforce.com • Coordinated field operations, sales, engineering and outside plant departments for delivery of services based on committed time frames • Handled internal and external escalations if services were in jeopardy
