Daily Duties at Linkage:
Manage significant client projects, client consulting engagements and sales support in the area of talent management, executive assessment, executive coaching, and other talent development projects. Primary responsibilities include: Executive coaching (focused on competency models; 360 feedback; Hogan Personality Assessments; etc). Design of customized interventions around Leadership Development; Action Learning; Innovation and Strategic Thinking projects. Client development activities (sales calls; proposal work and final Statement of Work agreements). Workshop facilitation on topics of Change Leadership; Strategic Thinking; Driving Results; Coaching for Results; Communication Skills; Situational Leadership; Managing Transitions. Partial client list: Sanofi Aventis; Ernst & Young; Meridian Health; ABB Industries; Inter-Digital Communications; Centers for Disease Control; Wyndham; McKesson.
