Supported Executive Vice President and Vice President of Marketing; Tracked Advisor seminar statistics; Created and implemented seminar marketing materials and client packets; Internal website administrator; Produced, created, edited, and distributed press releases and articles; Coordinated new hire human resources documentation; Assisted in creation of direct mail campaigns; Coordinated travel arrangements and quarterly sales meetings; Trained all new associates on reporting and tracking systems.
