Daily Duties at Granger Grading, Inc.:
Full charge accounting for two companies. Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Reconciled Bank statements. Prepared payroll and payroll taxes. Prepared W-2's and 1099's at end of year. Installed and set up QuickBooks software on all computers. Worked closely with other office staff to train on QuickBooks software. Prepared tax returns for heavy equipment. Assisted in the preparation for end of the year income taxes.
