Daily Duties at Systems Management, Telecom,Llc:
Direct Report to the President and CEO, managing a portfolio of contracts encompassing tower erection, microwave relocation, site acquisition and product sales for commercial clients AT&T, Motorola, Lucent, Sprint, GTE with concurrent responsibilities to include Supply Chain, Human Relations, business development and administration. Directly supervised a staff of 40 personnel, and managed a budget of $2 million. Managed telecommunications projects ranging from tower erection to spread spectrum technologies. Ordered, sequenced and controlled millions of dollars of tower, antennae and communications distribution wiring for the build-out of 25 major cities including Boston, Philadelphia and Baltimore. Built the 800-Mega HZ public safety systems for Richmond and Baltimore for Motorola.
