Daily Duties at Alion Science And Technology:

Direct Report to the Vice President of Newport News Operations, Managing the $9M Multi-Ship, Multi-Option (MSMO) sub-contract with prime Marine Hydraulics Industries (MHI) for all personnel working the Destroyer (DDG) class MSMO contract. Provided all Technical Services including Drawings, coordination of work specifications through the DDG Class Planning yard (Bath Iron Works), performed all ship checks at NG Pascagoula shipyard, performed logistics evaluation including Provisioning, Execution Planning for availabilities, all detailed design, and waterfront Scheduling , mooring arrangements and stability calculations. Completed availabilities for 9 vessels during the first 6 months of the MSMO contract, achieving all assigned Government requirements on time and budget.
