Daily Duties at Pioneer Industries :
(Boeing – Leviton Telcom– Heart Interface) Developed quality relationships with clients. Analyzed forecast, material requirements planning, outside customer’s material requirements planning. Worked with production supervisors in: water jet, CNC mills, drills, lathe, pega, laser, finish line (chemical treatment, wet paint, powder coating and silk screening) to assure production time delivery dates. Ensured work order are scheduled and tracked through to shipping. Negotiated due dates. Estimated expedite charges. Assured drawing revision levels. Maintained quotes and product profiles accuracy. Continuous bill of materials maintenance and inventory reduction. Supervised production control and planning departments. Accomplishments: Increased on time delivery from 78% to 98% in six months. Inventory turns from eight to eleven annually. ISO 9002 audits from 1998 through 1999 without noncompliance issues. Participated in negotiations resulting in cost reduction of raw sheet materials with savings of 150,000 a year
