Daily Duties at Sprint Pcs:
Maintain high standards of product knowledge,services, and guidlines. Constantly achieve team sales objectives including activations, accessories, and enhanced services and revenue goal at a rate of 110% for 21 months of a two year period. Tracked and measured store performance. Assisted in store payroll including overtime amd temporary expenses. Trained and prepared a staff of 20. assisted Store Manager in recruitment, selection, and training of retail personnel. Responsible for daily financial accounting and iventory control.
