Daily Duties at Cme Group Inc. (Formally Chicago Mercantile Exchange):
Provide saftey and security to 6,000+ trading floor personnel. In addition handle Incident Report Investigations, issuance of floor fines under rule 513 of CFTC code. Provided backup supervision to manager & supervisor of security staff. Also served in the Trading Floor Orientation program by speaking in a classroom enviroment to new floor clerks & traders. I created education packets for both groups for classroom study and is still utilize today.

I have 22 years of experience dealing with people in various situations. I pride myself on taking on multiple task to achieve goals. I love leading people in a customer service enviroment.
