Daily Duties at Motorola:

In charge of developing test system/software for new GSM products and maintaining factory test system in GSM factory. Tasked with converting factory line from analog to GSM in order for company to be able to manufacture new GSM products in the U.S. KEY CONTRIBUTIONS & ACHIEVEMENTS: - Introduced pioneering new GSM production lines that provided teams the flexibility of running either analog or GSM products with zero downtime. Owned GSM manufacturing test solution for numerous new GSM products including GSM StarTac, one of Motorola’s flagship products. - Designed and developed test system/software for new GSM products, providing phone performance analysis data (Pareto, histogram, CPK) to improve performance and factory yield tests. - Created and implemented Statistical Process Control (SPC) that reduced conversion cost by improving factory test yield and test bench utilization.
